1. Each session has an assigned rapporteur. The main task is to capture significant discussion points, areas of controversy, points of convergence, any decisions or outcomes. In note form on the session wiki page. They should also prepare a two or 3 paragraph 'narrative/story' as a blogpost on the session. Sufficient for a 'public' record. Rapporteur notes and stories to be completed as soon after the session as possible. 'Live' rapporteuring is encouraged.
2. Any group feedback in sessions will be recorded on video/audio (KMIS) and linked from the wiki as soon as possible after the sessions.
3. Each session ends with a 10 minute reflection phase where all participants discuss the session in relation to the 3 overall goals of the meeting. These are collated on a central 'reflection' wall.
4. Each session has an assigned CPWF reflector. They are requested to contribute short feedback from 'their' sessions in the Friday morning session. We would appereciate any observations recorded n the session wiki page and/or yammer.
Cross-theme documentation mechanisms [to be set up by KMIS on tuesday afternoon]
1. Reflection wall - Collection point for end of session reflections by participants. Will be shared back on Friday morning. See Shirley's presentation of this.
2. Storage tank - Participants can post any ideas and issues that emerge in the course of the event that need to be addressed (after the meeting most likely)
